Raw Storage Solution

With JTLNet Raw Storage solutions you can use our Linux backup utility or our Windows backup utility. With Cpanel or SiteDSM control panels you have the ability to administrate your backups from the control panel interface.

*Raw storage solutions do not handle Windows open files or SQL Server backups. If you need Windows open file or SQL Server Backups please see the EMC storage pricing below.

EMC Storage Solution (EMC Website)

With JTLNET EMC storage solutions you have access to a web interface to restore your files and data from the machine being backed up. This solution can also be used with any offsite server or computer that has a publicly routable ip address. With the JTLNet EMC Storage Solution you have the ability to have backup sets at different intervals to restore from specific dates and times. Installation is easy, you receive access to a backup client where you can define the files that you would like to exclude from the backup sets and see the status of in progress or past backup set activity.

Network Maintenance
We will be performing layer 3 switch upgrades within our Columbus Ohio (CMH) datacenter between 3am and 5am EST on Saturday , April 25th 2009. These upgrades will cause brief network outages during the maintenance window for Virtual Lan Interfaces 22 - 35. If you have equipment located within vlans 22 – 35 you would have already received a telephone call and email message informing you of the maintenance from your designated account representative.

This will only affect Dedicated Server customers located within vlans 22 – 35. If you have questions please call 877-765-2300 option 5 or send in a support request ticket at http://support.jtlnet.com.

Construction Near Front Entrance
There is currently construction taking place near the front entrance that has completely blocked access. You should park in the rear of the building in the east parking lot. Once you park please call the support line and an engineer will come to the back door to let you in the building. The construction should be finished up by Friday.

Note: Be sure not to park near the loading dock because you will block deliveries.


Telephone System Outage
Resolved: The problem is now resolved and phone services have been returned to normal.

We are currently experiencing a failed line card within our telephone system that is affecting our telephone services. Their is currently no tree or direct extension access. All calls are being routed directly to our technical support department and then being routed to the respective destination. Voicemail will unfortunately been down until we get the line card replacement.



Parking and Loading Dock
Loading Dock:
It has been brought to our attention that clients have been parking long term near the service entry and loading ramp. If you are bringing in equipment be sure to move your vehicle immediately after the equipment is secured in the facility so that others can make use of the loading area.

Parking Passes:
If you are going to need to be at the facility for more than an hour please come up and speak with one of the engineers and they can provide you with a parking pass to use for the day. The parking pass that you will be provided is for the parking lot on the NorthEast side of the building. You will be asked to sign for the parking pass and will be charged $60 if it is not returned. Parking passes are provided on a first come first serve basis.
